Randall Kutch
Mr. Kutch is a Partner of RCap Equity. Previously, Mr. Kutch was a Managing Director at Bay Capital Investment Partners, a Small Business Investment Company with an investment focus on lower middle market companies. Prior to Bay Capital, Mr. Kutch was a Senior Managing Director with Star Mountain Capital, a specialized asset management firm focusing on the lower middle-market, and a Director in the Alternative Asset Division of MetLife. Mr. Kutch began his career in commercial banking and has over 30 years of experience in private equity, mezzanine finance and commercial banking.

Manan Shah
Manan is a Partner of RCap Equity, managing deal origination, execution, portfolio management and operational strategies. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Focus Investment Banking, a leading national middle market investment banking firm, where he led two of its largest industry practice groups focused on the government, aerospace & defense and information technology sectors. Previously, Manan founded three start-up companies in the software and IT consulting sectors. Prior to his businesses, he served as a Principal at Cap Gemini, a global consulting firm where he worked in a variety of management and technology consulting positions and provided sales, project management and consulting support for large enterprise accounts involving ERP, Supply Chain Management, business process reengineering and application development.
